Over the Labor Day weekend, an unauthorized spam email was sent out that mentioned Vega Promotional Systems. Vega's management would like to make it very clear that the Company had nothing to do with the matter and we do not condone this type of marketing. We have turned the matter over to our attorney in an attempt to locate the responsible party and see that this type of illegal marketing does not happen again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our shareholders.
This site tracks stock email spams (aka pump and dump) and penny stocks (spam and legitimate stocks trading on the Pink Sheets such as ADRs), and more. See a list of stocks covered by scrolling down the right margin. And will carry an occasional stock trading idea as well as some non-stock spams or bad deals to beware of!

At least the company is taking a stand. Too bad the guy doing this is too stupid to realize this makes the company look WORSE not better in the eyes of investors.
The share price of .07 says it all to me. I daytrade for a living and wouldn't touch this piece of crap.
Right, the company did issue the statement. However, the company seems to have a very dubious investor relations division, let alone corporate governance, which I remember seeing a mention of pop up on its website. Kind of equate something like Vega to a penny slot machine. You can pump a lot of pennies in and may get lucky, but even then the returns are rather limited, not to mention the high risk of leaving empty handed.
